Ballpark Cost of Total Project
After approval of the Ballpark estimate via a Letter of Intent, we begin the Design Phase of our process. There is a $3,500.00 Retainer Fee to cover our time during the design phase in order to allow us to fine-tune your project. This Retainer Fee will be credited when
da Vinci Design Group is contracted to build the project.
Conceptual elevations and floor plans remain the intellectual property of da Vinci Design Group, LLC until da Vinci Design Group, LLC is contracted to build aforementioned plans.

After the approval of Final Proposal, via signing of Contract and receipt of first payment, we move into Pre-Production Phase.
