| What the client wanted | Client had an 1100 sq. ft. basic ranch he had been living in for several years during his bachelor days. However his bachelor days were coming to an end and now needed a home that accommodated 4! A close second requirement was improving the home’s curb appeal by transforming it into a craftsman style home. |
| What we delivered |
They wanted to stay in the area but it had become quite expensive due to its desirable location. After running the numbers the client found it was a wiser investment to expand his existing house then to sell and buy a larger house in the same neighborhood. In addition to increasing the homes sq. ft. to 3000 we also totally transformed the homes architecture. What was once a white vinyl “box” was transformed into a craftsmen style home reminiscent of another time. A big inviting front porch perfect for enticing neighbors over, 5 panel doors, oil rubbed bronze hardware, refinished stained hardwoods, pinwheel tile, 42" hickory shaker style cabinets and 6 over 1 windows throughout make this a perfect craftsmen reproduction. When completed another da Vinci transformation on time and on budget! |
