| What the client wanted | This young couple had reached the point where they either needed to move to something larger or expand their existing home. Their charming 900 sq. ft. ranch was becoming increasingly cramped as a young home business grew and the thought of starting a family in such tight quarters was a bit suffocating. So the mantra was space, space, space! However, being in such a quaint neighborhood it also had to be tastefully done. |
| What we delivered |
The client had previously contracted an architect to provide them with plans suitable for bidding the project. The architect had created full exterior elevations of a well designed Tudor style home. In converting the "biddable" plans into "buildable" plans, we also provided the client with a 3-D virtual tour of the interior. This gave the client a feel for how the space would actually function for them. As the project progresses through the "bones" and "guts" stage our design team has begun to focus on assisting the client in choosing the interior finishes that will tie together the clients Tudor expression. |
